Minimalist Wellness

Less noise.
More presence.

Zen Stone is a wellness center built on the belief that healing begins with simplicity. Japanese precision meets Scandinavian calm in a space designed for intentional stillness.

Intentional therapies.
Measurable restoration.

Each treatment follows a precise protocol designed to deliver specific outcomes. No filler. No theater. Just results.

Shiatsu Bodywork

Pressure-point therapy rooted in Japanese meridian mapping. Restores energy flow, relieves chronic tension, and recalibrates the nervous system through precise, sustained touch.

75 minutes $210

Deep Tissue Release

Targeted myofascial work for athletes and desk workers alike. Slow, deliberate strokes that penetrate beyond surface muscle to release adhesions and restore range of motion.

60 or 90 minutes $185

Botanical Facial

A results-driven facial using cold-pressed plant oils, enzymatic exfoliants, and LED therapy. Addresses hydration, tone, and texture with zero synthetic additives.

60 minutes $195

Sound Bath Therapy

Tibetan singing bowls and tuning forks calibrated to specific frequencies. A deeply meditative session that recalibrates the nervous system and promotes restorative rest.

45 minutes $120

Warm Stone Ritual

Heated basalt stones placed along energy channels, combined with flowing massage technique. The thermal energy penetrates deep tissue, melting away even the most stubborn tension.

90 minutes $240

Guided Breathwork

A structured breathing protocol that shifts the nervous system from sympathetic overdrive to parasympathetic calm. Ideal before or after physical treatments for amplified results.

30 minutes $80

Strip away the
unnecessary

Zen Stone exists at the intersection of two design traditions that share a fundamental belief: beauty and function emerge when you remove what does not serve a purpose.

From the Japanese concept of Ma (negative space) to the Scandinavian pursuit of lagom (just enough), every element of our space and practice has been considered, questioned, and either justified or eliminated.

01

Intentional Minimalism

Every object in our space serves a therapeutic purpose. Nothing decorative exists without function.

02

Evidence-Led Practice

Our treatment protocols are built on clinical research. We measure outcomes, not just satisfaction.

03

Natural Materials Only

Organic cotton, sustainably harvested wood, mineral-based products. Zero synthetics in treatment rooms.

Architecture as therapy

The building itself is a treatment. Natural light, organic materials, and silence-engineered acoustics create calm the moment you walk in.

Treatment Rooms

Five Private Treatment Suites

Each suite is individually temperature-controlled with adjustable natural and ambient lighting. Walls finished in lime plaster for natural humidity regulation. Sustainably sourced oak flooring that warms underfoot. Floor-to-ceiling windows filtered with organic linen for soft, diffused daylight.

Meditation Room

The Stillness Chamber

A dedicated space for sound bath sessions, guided breathwork, and silent meditation. Cork-paneled walls absorb external noise. Capacity for eight, though we typically limit sessions to four.

Courtyard

The Inner Garden

A Japanese-inspired courtyard with raked gravel, moss stone arrangements, and a single water feature. Open to guests before and after treatments for quiet reflection.

Practitioners, not
performers

Our therapists are selected for clinical skill, quiet confidence, and genuine commitment to restorative practice. No scripts. No upselling.

Quiet confidence,
spoken by others

"The space alone is therapeutic. No music playlist, no scented candles competing for attention. Just warmth, natural light, and silence. The treatment itself was excellent, but the environment is what keeps me coming back."

FM
F. Magnusson
Monthly breathwork client

"Finally, a facial that delivers results instead of just a pleasant hour. My skin texture changed visibly after three sessions. R. Lindgren clearly understands skin at a clinical level."

AH
A. Holbrook
Botanical facial, 4 sessions

"I brought our entire product team for a group session. The sound bath followed by breathwork completely shifted the energy. We had the best strategy meeting of the quarter afterward."
